To control mainly from the incoming inspection, production process, factory inspection, after-sales service and other aspects, ensure the overall quality of products.


IQC: Complete inspection, sampling inspection and batch inspection of all incoming raw materials and spare parts.

Production process quality control: the responsibility of each process is implemented to each person, and the operator is strictly required for self-inspection of a product, and then inspected by the workshop director, and random inspection by the quality inspector, to eliminate the occurrence of unqualified products, and not to let a unqualified product flow into the next process. Each workshop must strictly distinguish the products to be inspected, qualified products and defective products to prevent mutual confusion. The products in the workshop must be neatly placed and kept clean and dry. Operation must be standardized at each workshop.

An Axial Cooling Fan is designed for a concentrated air flow in a specific direction. Axial fans draw air parallel to the axis the blade fixed in the fan. It typically uses a propeller to generate air parallel to the axis of the rotor. The blade propels air across the blade axis, therefore, the name axial fan.
