AE&M has tools available for many sizes of compression molding cases made of Thermoset material. (such as Diallyl Phthalate and phenolic “DAP”) Certifies to Mil-M-14, Type SDG -F.

Minimum order on DAP compression molding material in stock is 50 pieces.

Many case sizes are available from stock. Lead-time for out of stock items is typically 4-6 weeks.

Also, injection molding of thermoplastics materials (such as ABS, PPS and LCP) are available at your request.

All plastic molding compounds used meet the requirements of UL94-V0.
