Our products are custom fabricated to your specifications, from Nema Grade G10/FR4 Epoxy. It has an extremely high mechanical strength, good dielectric loss properties, and good electric strength properties, both wet and dry. Certifies to Mil-I-24768/27 GEE-F. *

Nema Grade G11/FR5 Epoxy is also available. This grade is similar to G10 with the addition of higher operating temperature and some improved mechanical strength at elevated temperatures. Certifies to Mil-I24768/28 GEB-F.*

Also, can be fabricated from Paper phenolic Nema Grade XPC & XX. It has good electric strength properties with fair mechanical strength. Certifies to Mil-I-24768 / 12 PBM, / 11 PBG, / 10 PBE.

Round Cases can also be fabricated from Epoxy filled and unfilled tubing. Excellent resistance to chemical attack from both acid and alkaline material. High flexural deformation temperatures (150 C -160 C). 

SECONDARY OPERATIONS AVAILABLE: Drilling holes, slots, installation of terminal and Insert, center post and sanding.
